well as Commercial complex alongwith infrastructural
facilities like Playground, Swimming Pool,
Club House, Garden, School, Hospital, Temple,
Meditation Centre, Pond Community Hall etc.
Since October 2003, Firm is currently working
on the project “
YASHWANT NAGAR”
at
Virat Nagar,
Virar
(W), Tal. Vasai, Dist. Thane. The Firm is
a member of the Builders Association of
Virar.
In the year 1990,
Shri. Moreshwar
Krushna Baria has started the said
business as proprietary firm. He was carrying
on this business activity as proprietary
firm from over a decade and is well known
in this business. During these years, his
business has grown in its breath and depth.
Due to the change in business scenario and
for the further expansion by undertaking
mega projects Shri. Moreshwar Krushna Baria
and his Associates have decided to join
hands together and carry on this business
as partnership firm. They formed M/s. Ameya
Builders & Property Developers on 01/04/2000.
The firm is promoted by Shri. Moreshwar
Krushna Baria and is in this business activity
from over a decade and is well known in
this business. The group has developed a
number of properties in Virar as detailed
above.

property development Shri. Moreshwar Krushna
Baria is guiding spirit behind M/s. Ameya
Builders & Property Developers. Within
a short
span, he has setup own empire. Shri. Moreshwar
Krushna Baria is down to earth, dedicated
and a man with integrity. He is born and
brought up in Virar and after initial struggle
has now set up a sound empire. Not only
he grew himself but also he helped his entire
family members as well as his associates
and partners to develop in Virar.
He started his career way back in 1974 as
a partner of M/s. Swastik Engineering in
the field of Engineering and Manufacturing
with specialization in sheet metal dies
with activities from Agashi. But with a
burning desire to set up his own business,
soon left the said organization setting
up a partnership firm in the name of M/s.
Shree Ram & Associates with the partnership
of landlords. It proved to be the turning
point of his life. After this he never looked
back.
This was also his start of his career in
Real Estate and Construction.
Slowly and steadily, he continued his climb
upwards. This gave him the insight into
the intricacies of business of purchasing
and selling plots after developing it and
also a deeper understanding of what makes
their customer tick. He kept on growing,
learning from his experience and respecting
qualitative feed back of his customers.
He is actively involved in day to day business
supported by an excellent team of dedicated
staff. Man with a mission and vision, he
has single handedly developed Real Estate,
Construction & Development
business through his business acumen, decisive
and leadership skills and is guiding spirit
of Shri. Rajeev Yashwant Patil.
Shri. Uday Moreshwar Baria has to his credit
the Post Graduation as M.B.A. in Marketing
and Finance from University of Technology
Sydney, Australia. Shri. Upesh Moreshwar
Baria is also highly qualified as Master
of Engineering Management and Master of
Engineering Study from University of Technology
Sydney, Australia.
A large base of satisfied customers and
ability to develop the projects at very
high speed and in time has given him competitive
advantage over others in Virar. This is
evident by the facts that most of the projects
has taken are in Virar. It has been the
endeavor of the firm to maintain the highest
standard of quality and to serve the requirements
of the customers. It is worthy to note that
so far he has been able to avail Housing
Loans from HDFC ltd. and other financial
corporation in tune of Rs. 25 Crore. HDFC
Ltd. had also offered Construction Finance
to the tune of Rs. 5 Crore during 2003-2004
which was satisfactorily repaid in schedule
time.
With the overall economy
looking brighter in the last half decade,
individual spending power has gone up substantially.
There is at present boom in construction
and robust real estate industry, due to
increasing disposable income in hands of
people, this industry is destined to have
an exponential
growth, affordable mortgage rates, concept
